Garrett Greco is a fifth-generation Tampanian, whose family came to Ybor City in the late 1800’s from Sicily. As the host of the TBD POD Show, Garrett explores the dynamic intersections of development, history, and future growth, interviewing the most prominent people in our community that shape the future of our region.

Beyond the podcast, Garrett is a bold investor and residential broker, seamlessly blending his deep understanding of Tampa Bay’s evolving landscape with his passion for real estate through his firm, Greco Real Estate. With a steadfast commitment to his hometown, Garrett actively shapes conversations and contributes to Tampa Bay’s growth as a thriving hub of opportunity and development.

While attending Florida State University, Garrett earned his Florida Real Estate license. Almost immediately after graduation, he saw the opportunity to better real estate experience by creating a real estate firm that will not only deliver better customer experience but deliver a broader understanding of the Tampa Bay market because of his rich and deep ties to the community as a 5th generation Tampanian.

In 2017, Greco Real Estate known as GRE was formed to service local and out-of-state residents who are interested in finding their home in Tampa, St. Petersburg and Sarasota. GRE mostly focuses on residential luxury sales with a strong focus on finding properties that best match our clients’ preferences.
