Largest Sports and Entertainment Development in USA Coming to Tampa Bay

Three weeks ago, TBBJ broke the news that the largest sports and entertainment community development in the country was being planned right here in Tampa Bay.
Pasco county to be exact, 800 acres of it, which is 6.5 times larger than Orlando’s Disney Springs.
“Trinity” as it’s being called is a concept by Storyland Studios and Includes:
– A 7,500-seat baseball stadium for professional and amateur games.
– An ice arena complex with five regulation and practice rinks
– Multi-field training complex designed for amateur sports teams.
– Indoor and outdoor sports stadiums and arenas tailored for soccer, basketball, and other sports.
Design Team Credentials:
– Storyland Studios brings expertise from some of the biggest names in entertainment including alumni from The Walt Disney Co., Pixar Animation Studios, Universal Studios, and Legoland are involved in the project.
Central Pasco County Transformation:
– The project builds on Pasco County’s “Sports Coast” branding, which highlights the area as a growing hub for sports tourism.
– Aims to solve long-standing local issues like inadequate infrastructure by funding new roads and pedestrian-friendly walkways.
