Rays Baseball Will Play in Tampa for Upcoming 2025 Season

The Tampa Bay Rays will be moving from the damaged Tropicana Field to George Steinbrenner field and Tampa for the upcoming 2025 season.

After the hurricane left The Trop unplayable, a decision was made to play across the bridge in Tampa. The Rays owner says this was the “best decision for the team and its fanbase.”

Steinbrenner Field is where the Yankees play their spring training. It is on Dale Mabry catty corner to Raymond James Stadium, where the Buccaneers play.
